Game Mod Recommendations for Sims

The following Mods I recommend for gameplay. I have all of these in my game without conflicts. These are not required to use my Lots or Sims and are completely optional.

Sims and Lot Managers

• Sims 4 Tray Importer (translate from French) this is a great program that will help you to see more in-depth into your Sims and Lots. You can view related files and custom content. You will select “View” and check “Library” to go you your tray items. Your tray items are your latest saves to your Gallery. It you want to see a Lot or Sim just save to the Gallery and you can delete the from the Gallery afterward.
• Sims 4 Studio is a great Custom Content organizer! You can open it up to see your custom content to view, organize, or delete it. There are many tutorials and support if you would like to create your own Custom Content also.

Mod and Custom Content Conflict Detectors

• Sims Mod Assistant here is a guide and program that will help you get rid of duplicate and conflicting Custom Content Package files

This program hasn’t been working as well as Sims Mod Assistant.

Build/Buy Mods

• Better Build Buy: Organized Debug this is a great tool to use in Build/Buy mode. The biggest reason I like it is you can use the “1” key to toggle a larger space to see all your Build/Buy items! This mod also lets you hide/show base game content, custom content, and pack content based on filters. When you turn on Organized Debug, all the debug items should be organized into the Build/Buy categories and you can access them by using the Misc/Show All Infinity Symbol. • T.O.O.L is also a great Mod for scaling and manipulating obects (requires Better Build Buy to use in the mode) and works in Live Mode. Shift T to toggle the menu and click on the object you would like to edit. That is also on his website and has quick simple tutorials.

Sims Mods

• Kijiko EA Eyelash Remover this takes away the default “eyeliner” eyelashes off Sims to allow the 3D lashes to show.
• Kijiko 3D Eyelashes this will allow you to equip Sims with 3D lashes – located in Skin Details (stays on all outfits)
• Kijiko 3D Eyelashes this version is located in the Glasses Accessories category. Sometimes works better on eyes. Will need to be placed for all desired outfits (can be done easily in MCCC Dresser).
• Vanilla Skin is a default skin replacement. Make sure to but this in a “Default Skin” folder in your Mods folder so you can take it out if you want to replace is or go back to the EA default skin. This will override the EA default skin. 
• Body Hair V5+ adds body hair options in the Tattoo category.

Optional Script Mods changes gameplay

1. MC Command Center a wonderful Mod that really helps with gameplay. Access by the pie menu in Live Mode.
2. MC CAS – You can change CAS details about your Sim from Live Mode.
3. Sims Cheats – You can reset Sims and make them happy. Very helpful with pets who get dirty all the time! You can also set all skill levels for your Sims.
4. MC Dresser – You can easily copy and paste one outfits makeup accessories across all outfits – a real time saver!
5. Relationships – You are able to change relationship between families and other Sims from Live Mode.

Tuning Mods adds features to gameplay

• Door Lock/Unlock expands the ability to lock and unlock doors for specific Sims. Great to keep Sims out of other rooms and if you want to play an apartment situation,
• Personal Objects is a great Mod to keep everyone out of your fridge and grill, so annoying!! You can designate one person on your lot to cook meals and the rest will wait. Other Sims are able to get prepared foods out of the fridge but will not be able to cook meals. Can easily be switched or undone. This also works for other objects such as computers and other items.
• Family Portrait adds the ability to hang a family portrait in the home! Ravasheen also has camera Mods to expand on the portrait and other interesting Mods.

Optional Adult Content Mods – Mature Content Warning

• NoMosiac removes the blur when Sims are nude in Live Mode.
• Wicked Whims this Mod is a Script Mod that adds adult content interactions and functionality. 
• RealGens Penis adds customizable penis options to the default Wicked Whims penis. You can equip in CAS in the bottom category or through “Body Selector” in the Wicked Whims pie menu in Live Mode.
• Simdulgence (Content Warning) more mods from the RealGens Penis creator.
• Inappropriate Unlock (Content Warning) adds back adult content ability to teens that was removed from Wicked Whims after the Highschool Years expansion release
