Windenburg - Cottage Am See Remodel

This was originally a small cottage on a 20×20 lot. I expanded the footprint a bit and updated the look to a modern cottage feel. The lot has beautiful waterfront with a dock and a secluded feel. The home is open-concept and has a moody color palette. Upstairs has a master with an ensuite and two smaller bedrooms. There are 5 bedrooms/4.5 baths with an office. I added a new basement addition with 2bed/2bath and bonus space!

Installation:

Here is a handy guide for installing downloaded Lots into your game. Make sure to unzip the compressed folders.

Note: Turn on bb.moveobjects before placing any of my lots! Make sure you have Custom Content turned on in Game Options>Other>Enable Custom Content and Mods – If you download any Script Mods below, also turn on Script Mods Allowed.

Custom Content will go into your Mods folder. I recommend creating folders in your main Mods folder to help stay organized. You can keep all files from this build in one folder if you prefer. I tend to reuse CC in my builds.

You can do what you like with my Lots and Sims. If you make updates or large changes please let me know I’d like to see what you did!
