For the two apartments, I made a 8 Sims. There are 2 roommates, Riley Hamilton, and Justin Gebhart. Riley has the Self Care Aspiration and she just started teaching! She has a lazy cat named Benson. Justin has the Artist Aspiration. He just began his journey painting.

The family is husband and wife Tyrese and Renee. Tyrese is a Chef with the Chef aspiration and Renee has the Super Parent aspiration and is a scientist. They have a high-maintenance teen Shelby, and a delightful son, Kenny. They have a black cat named Tilly
